Karen Kovach, Director

Karen Kovach is a dynamic business creator with real-world experience building winning businesses, brands, and teams. Her accomplishments include strategic business building for a myriad of clients, as well as launching a successful independent sales representation firm.

The first sixteen years of her career were spent in major advertising agencies in Chicago at firms such as Foote, Cone and Belding, DDB, and Leo Burnett. Karen has been fortunate to work with some of the world’s most dynamic and innovative brands, including General Mills, Frito-Lay, Discover Card, Wrigley, and Sears.

As a co-founder and director of Third Wing, she has ability to provide Fortune 500 expertise to small to medium sized businesses while being sensitive to the challenges of an entrepreneur.

Karen resides in Lakeland, Florida, with her husband and is involved in many civic endeavors including being on the Board of the Chamber of Commerce, the Polk Museum of Art, the Lakeland Yacht and Country Club, and Speak Up For Children (Guardian Ad Litem).
